Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching
Awaken your embodied feminine power, deepen your pleasure, and step into relationships that feel passionate, aligned, and irresistibly alive.
About Sex, Love, & Relationship Coaching
As a Sex, Love & Relationship Coach currently training under the VITA method, I support my clients in cultivating authentic, embodied relationships: where pleasure, communication, and emotional truth coexist with ease and safety.
Individuals and couples are guided into a deeper understanding of how they relate to themselves, to others, to their desires, to their bodies. It’s not only about fixing things that “aren’t working” but about expanding capacity for pleasure, intimacy, communication and love.
By combining somatic awareness (the body dimension) and relational/emotional intelligence, I create a haven to explore your sensuality with curiosity and presence, free from shame and judgment.
What This Work Involves
Together, we explore your inner world with the patterns, beliefs, and desires that shape how you love and connect.
Through conversation, guided embodiment, mindfulness, and energy-awareness practices, we move beyond “fixing” and into expanding your capacity for intimacy, honesty, pleasure, and love.

With Bio-Energy Healing
Bio-Energy Healing and Sex, Love and Relationship Coaching are services offered separately, but are also available as a combined journey. Energy work clears the body’s field and nervous system, while intimacy coaching helps integrate those shifts into your emotional and relational life.
Many clients find that when their energy flows freely, it becomes easier to express boundaries, connect authentically, and feel more at home in intimacy. Together, these modalities create a transformation that’s both embodied and sustainable.
